Department Action
The Engineering department has reviewed and approved signage plans, prepared by licensed engineers, for the following new Collin County Subdivisions:
Providence Point, Colina Creek 3, Weston Ridge Phase 1 (McKinney ETJ) and Bloomridge Phase 1 (McKinney ETJ).
Plats for the above reference subdivisions have already been approved. In order to place regulatory signs in new subdivisions, the court must approve the signage plans. Once approved, the developer will request that the Collin County sign shop build and install the requested regulatory and street name signs. The developer does have the option to supply the signs themselves as long as they are built and installed per the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
ACTION: We request approval of the attached regulatory signage plans for the following subdivisions: Providence Point, Colina Creek 3, Weston Ridge Phase 1 (McKinney ETJ) and Bloomridge Phase 1 (McKinney ETJ)
