The Collin County Information Technology department requests approval for IA pilot project with MCCi and Blue Prism solutions. IT is proposing that the pilot project help successfully reduce or eliminate the double entry between the ICS software system and the Tyler Odyssey Jail software system.
MCCi will provide consulting, configuration and training services estimated at $28,000 at no cost to the County. The subscription service annual fee of $15,000 will be paid for out of 03JUS CIJS funds for the 1st year. If pilot project is deemed successful, then the re-occurring annual fee will be part of the annual maintenance budget.

Requesting approval of agreement for Intelligent Automation - Pilot Program, Contract 2020-077 with MCCi, LLC. Consulting, configuration and training services worth $28,000 to be provided at no cost to the county. County will be required to pay the subscription service annual fee of $15,000 and will be paid using 2003 Tax Notes the first year. If the project continues beyond the first year the annual subscription fee will become a part of the annual countywide maintenance budget. Budget Adjustment in the amount of $15,000 is attached and funding is available. Tax Notes (4401).
