The Boat Investments LLC, owner and Lennar Homes developer of the Bridgewater Subdivision (Collin County Municipal District #2), request Commissioners Court consider approval of the attached Final Plat of Bridgewater School Site.
HISTORY, LOCATION AND SIZE
The MUD is a 515.50 acre tract located on the Southeast corner of FM 546 and CR 437 and outside of any municipality’s Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). See location map attached.
The school site is 11.95 acres consisting of 1 commercial lot for the school. The school lot does front on the existing FM 982 and the access connection has been approved by TxDOT. Right and Left turn lanes off of FM 982 are required by TxDOT for the school site but will be done before the school is open. The development of the school site will be completed at a later date and will be required to be permitted through the Collin County Fire Marshal and Development services Offices. ROADS, UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
One (2) new road will be created with this plat. This road will be maintained by the MUD. Roadway plan profiles have been submitted and do meet the County minimum standards as well as the standards for the City of Princeton, Texas.
The infrastructure storm and sanitary sewer plans have been submitted and do meet the standards for the City of Princeton, Texas. ACTION
