Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION.  Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Consent agenda to approve:
 
a. AI-41943   Approved Disbursements for the period ending August 9, 2016, Auditor.
 
b. AI-41994   Approved Amendment to the contract with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for Contract No. 2016-001266-01: Immunization Branch–Locals to accept the increase of grant funds for an additional $354,062 and extend the contract through and including August 31, 2017, Health Care.
 
c. Filing of the Minute(s), County Clerk:
 
1. AI-41955   Approved July 25, 2016.
 
2. AI-41991   Approved August 1, 2016.
 

EXECUTIVE SESSION
 

Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
 

The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
