Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION.  Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

Consent agenda to approve:
 
a. AI-44738   Approved Disbursements for the period ending April 17, 2018, Auditor.
 
b. AI-44785   Approved Acceptance of the FY 2019 Immunization Grant; Contract No. HHS000119700018 through the Texas Department of Health Services (DSHS) effective September 1, 2018 through and including August 31, 2019, Health Care.
 
c. AI-44748   Approved Amendment to the contract with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for Contract No. 537-18-0031-00001, Amendment No. 1: Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Grant (State Funds) to accept the FY 2019 grant award and further extend the contract through and including August 31, 2019, Health Care.
 
d. AI-44759   Approved Filing of the April 2, 2018, Minutes, County Clerk.
 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
