Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION.  Following is the agenda for said meeting:

1. Notification of budget adjustment(s)/amendment(s), Auditor:
 
a. AI-45061   
Notification Only		 $128,650 to establish the budget for the FY 2019 Cities Readiness Initiative (CRI) Program Grant.
 
b. AI-45066   
Notification Only		 $152,828 to establish the budget for the FY 2019 TB Prevention and Control (State) Program Grant.
 
c. AI-45062   
Notification Only		 $545,327 to establish the budget for the FY 2019 Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) / Hazards Program Grant.
