NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE

COLLIN COUNTY HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION MEETING


					FYI NOTIFICATION

		1.			Notification of budget adjustment(s)/amendment(s), Auditor:

			a.	AI-46747 Notification Only	$43,278 to establish the budget for the FY 2020-FY 2021 Regional Local Services System/Local Public Health Services (RLSS/LPHS) Grant through the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) from September 2, 2020 through and including August 31, 2021, Auditor.

			b.	AI-46746 Notification Only	$152,828 to establish the budget for the FY 2020 Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Grant through the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) from September 1, 2019 through and including August 31, 2020, Auditor.

1.					Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

2.					Consent agenda to approve:

	a.			AI-46774 Approved	Disbursements for the period ending June 25, 2019, Auditor.

	b.			AI-46711 Approved	Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of State Health Services to set roles and responsibilities regarding medications available through DSHS Inventory Tracking Electronic Asset Management System and further authorize the Data Use Agreement - Attachment 2 Security and Privacy Inquiry, Health Care.

	c.			AI-46697 Approved	Amendment with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) for Contract No. 2017-049828-001, Amendment No. 3: Women, Infant and Children's (WIC) Nutrition Local Agency Grant to accept the FY 2020 grant award and further extend the contract through and including August 31, 2020, Health Care.

	d.			AI-46718 Approved	Filing of the June 10, 2019, Minutes, County Clerk.

	e.				Receive and File, Auditor:

		1.		AI-46722 Approved	Monthly Financial Reports for January 2019.

		2.		AI-46723 Approved	Monthly Financial Reports for February 2019.

		3.		AI-46724 Approved	Monthly Financial Reports for March 2019.

					EXECUTIVE SESSION

					Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.

					The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.

					Any action resulting from the executive session.
