See attached Resolution affirming the Court's support of the FM 2551 from FM 2514 to FM 2170 Widening Project. Collin County, along with its consultant, CP&Y and TxDOT are working through the Environmental Re-evaluation process. We held a meeting of affected property owners in Lucas on May 3rd. This resolution will be added to the meeting input affirming the courts continued support of the project. TxDOT anticipates receiving a Finding of No Significant impact this summer which will allow the consultant to proceed with final design.
