Request approval of the Court to enter into a Closed POD Agreement with State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company for the purpose of allowing them to manage distribution to its employees and their families in the event of the public health emergency. They will serve as a Closed Point of Dispensing in the event of an emergency caused by bioterrorism, pandemic influenza, or a novel or highly fatal infection agent or biological toxin.
