Attached for approval is an amendment to Collin County’s existing contract with Greenway, the vendor for the PrimeSuite electronic medical record system. This amendment will allow Collin County IT to build an application programming interface (API) to connect Collin County’s PrimeSuite system and Jotform, a web-based HIPAA-compliant form building software. This integration will allow Collin County to digitize and automate manual processes currently used to schedule and complete client paperwork. Collin County IT, Collin County Health Care Services, Greenway, and Jotform have met and determined that this integration can be successfully
executed.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No.1 to contract 12108-10, Electronic Medical Records System with Greenway Health, Inc. for an interface to allow the online management of client forms and scheduling and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. mcl

Budgeted funds available for Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 12108-10 Electronic Medical Records System with Greenway Health Inc. for an interface to allow for the online management of client forms and scheduling. Amendment will increase monthly maintenance fee from $2,233.83 to $2,673.41. A one-time fee of $750 will be paid by the Public Health Workforce Grant. (2108)-Healthcare Grants Fund and (1040)-HealthCare Foundation Fund.

$56,828 in state grant funds available in Project code GT315G 2108-600019176-798903. Grant period is August 23, 2021 through June 30, 2023.
