Department Action

Commissioners Court, on February 21, 2022, declared BCC Engineering the most qualified firm to acquire easements for the roadway and for drainage. Attached is the proposed contract with BCC. Their proposed price for the work is well within what we typically pay for this type of work.

Action Requested: It is requested that the Commissioners Court approve the attached contract with BCC Engineering, LLC., for $40,000, and authorize the Judge to execute the contract.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an acquisition services agreement between Collin County and BCC Engineering, LLC, AGR 2022-203, Engineering, West Lucas Road Acquisitions, for the acquisition of roadway, utility, and drainage easements for West Lucas Road. Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. MD

BCC Engineering, LLC was deemed most qualified for these services by CO# 2022-194-02-21.
