Department Action

This is notification to Commissioners Court of the budget adjustment for the second tranche of the ARPA/CSLFRF funds.

For reference, Commissioners Court approved the acceptance of the county’s full allocation ($200,984,172.00) of funds with court order 2021-471-05-17. The Court subsequently approved the use of the ARPA/CSLFRF funds for capital projects with court orders 2021-553-06-07 and 2021-779-08-16. The second tranche of funds ($100,492,086.00) has been received and a budget adjustment has been completed to reflect the requested budget changes:

Adult Detenction Center (GTARPADC) increased by $52,687,275.33
Healthcare Building (GTARPAHCB) increased by $32,193,671.70
Healthcare Parking Garage (GTARPAHCG) increased by $4,780,481.06
Medical Examiner (GTARPAME) increased by $10,830,657.91
