Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners Court approve the Agreement for the Animal Shelter Services with the Raintree Municipal Utility District. This amendment provides the contract for 1-year period.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Interlocal Agreement for Contract No. 2022-331, Animal Control and Shelter Services, Raintree MUD No. 1 of Collin County with Raintree MUD No. 1 of Collin County and authorize County Judge to execute same. SC

Budget Department Action

Interlocal agreement with Raintree Municipal Utility District of Collin County in the amount of $4,000 for Animal Control and Shelter Services. Agreement period of one (1) year shall be effective ninety (90) days following written notice by the District and Developer. (5990) - Animal Services Fund.

Auditor's Office Action

Funds available in the Animal Safety Fund. Budget anticipated to be approved for FY 2023.
