Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Change Order No. 2 to 2020-294 Firearms, Conducted Electrical Weapons and Accessories with Municipal Emergency Services, Inc. to (1) renew the contract for the period October 1, 2022 continuing through and including September 30, 2023, and (2) include a price redetermination per section 4.6 of the contract, (see attached documentation for details), and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same.
