Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval of extending the current lease agreement between Collin County and Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County for property located at 2205 Los Rios, Plano, Tx. for a period of one month. The current lease is for four offices consisting of approximately 556 square feet occupied by the child abuse detectives from the Collin County Sheriff’s Office; in addition approximately 420 square feet is common space. This extension will be effective September 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022 at the current lease amount of $1,252.00.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to the lease agreement between Collin County and Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County for property located at 2205 Los Rios, Plano, TX.
