Health Care Services requests Health Care Foundation Board approval for the amendment to the Abbott Rapid Dx North America agreement for COVID-19 test kits to renew for the period October 1, 2022 continuing through and including September 30, 2023 and further allow the Purchasing Agent to execute the same.

Request Health Care Foundation Board consideration and any action regarding approval of (1) award for Cooperative Quote 2021-376, Abbott COVID-19 ID-NOW Test Kits through Sourcewell contract 022422-MML with McKesson Medical-Surgical Government Solutions LLC, in the amount of $49,200; and (2) Amendment No. 1 to extend the agreement with Abbott Rapid Dx North America, LLC (formerly known as Alere Inc.) for the period October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023, and change annual test volume commitment from 4,008 units to 1,200 units. Further, authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. SVM
