Department Action

Health Care Services requests approval for an amendment to Collin County’s existing contract for the Cities Readiness Initiative (CRI) grant with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Currently, Financial Status Reports (FSR) are required to be completed and submitted by Collin County each quarter. DSHS has requested an amendment to the contract that will decrease the frequency of these reports from quarterly to biannually. This amendment will result in no other changes to the grant’s funding or contract.
