Department Action

Aurturo Lequizamo, owner of Evergreen Park lot 10, is seeking to subdivide lot 10 into two lots. The resulting lot 10A will be approximately 1.46 acres; lot 10B will be approximately 1.008 acres. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice of re-plat be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court. A notice was published on the County’s website prior to the public hearing and letters were sent out to all landowners within the required distance of the lots involved in the Re-plat prior to the public hearing.

Also a re-plat of lot 10 and lot 18 was previously approved by Commissioner’s court on October 17, 2022, court order 2022-1153-10-17. Due to irreconcilable differences between the lot owners, the plat was never signed by the property owners or the Judge and therefore never filed. Collin County Engineering requests that the County rescind the previous approval of the re-plat for lots 10A, 10B and 18R.

2) Hold Public Hearing for the Re-plat of Lots 10A and 10B of Evergreen Park,
3) Consider Approval of Re-plat of Lots 10A and 10B of Evergreen Park.
