Andrew and Lorelie Sutherland, owners of Sunset Place lot 12 are seeking to subdivide lot 12 into 2 lots. The resulting lot 12A will be approximately 3.0 acres; lot 12B will be approximately 9.2 acres. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.

A notice was published on the County’s website prior to the public hearing and letters were sent out to all landowners within the required distance of the lots involved in the Re-plat prior to the public hearing.
