We respectfully request Commissioners Court consideration to add five vehicles to the Sheriff’s Office fleet that will be pulled from the fence at equipment services. 
The Sheriff’s Office will only use these vehicles for emergencies only.  Funding is to be determined.

Budget Department Action
Vehicles on the fence at Equipment Services are budgeted replacement vehicles. Request to add these to fleet would require replacing those vehicles twice.  No funding has been identified for the purchase of equipment to outfit the vehicles or replacing these replacements. When vehicles are replaced the existing equipment is moved from the old vehicle and added to the new replacement.

No action by Auditor. No funding identified for purchase of equipment needed for each vehicle.
