Respectfully requesting approval to accept funds through the JAG program in the amount of $19,073.00 with no county match. This funding will be used to purchase red dot equipped weapons to enhance officer and public safety.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to accept the Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) to purchase equipment in the amount of $19,073 with no County match required, and authorize County Judge to execute same. The grant period is October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2025.
