The Collin County Information Technology Department requests approval of a contract amendment to exchange the current Continuous Improvement Program participation for a contract Client Success Account Manager. The current cost of the CIP program is $34,750 and the proposed Amendment exchanges the CIP program for a contract CSAM for the same cost, yielding a cost-neutral Amendment.
