Request Commissioners Court consideration and approval for Contract Amendment No.1, RFQ 2022-207, Architectural Services for New Healthcare, Parking Garage and Medical Examiner Facilities.
PCO 1 – City of McKinney required add for survey and design to incorporate turn lanes in Bloomdale and Community entrances to the Administration Building. In addition, soil borings to move the Medical Examiner building on the site to eliminate a retaining wall. Audio/Visual work added to the scope at no cost. $24,035.00
