At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract for a Motorola Support Resource to support the Motorola Radio System. The FY24 renewal, part of the Motorola maintenance contract, is $74,637.50 and is budgeted from the Dispatch fund.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew maintenance contract 2021-384 Public Safety Radio System Maintenance with Motorola Solutions Inc. for the period October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 in the amount of $74,637.50 and further authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. (ha)
The Sole Source provider for this service is Motorola Solutions Inc., per Court Order No. 97-815-11-24.
