JP Precincts 1 and 2 request budget amendments in the amount of $266,526.41 for JP1 and $61,702.59 for JP2 to refresh the Audio Video (AV) equipment in both courts as per the documentation attached. $266,526.41 will be added to the account number 1028-24010-0001-44-40-0000-809045 for JP1, and $61,702.59 will be added to account number 1028-24020-0001-44-40-0000-809045 for JP2. Additionally, JP Precincts 1 and 2 request Commissioner Court approval and award of RFP 2023-263, Audio Video Equipment Upgrade in JP Courtrooms to the best-evaluated response that met the specifications per the attached documents.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award 2023-263, Audio Video Equipment Upgrade in JP Courtrooms to the best-evaluated response that met the specifications per attached documentation. Further, authorize Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute attached agreement. (mlm)
