The Collin County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests the court’s approval of the Baylor Scott & White FY 2024 Interlocal Jail Services Agreement amendment. The amendment is effective October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Interlocal Agreement for contract number 2020-396, Jail Services, Baylor Scott & White, for the period October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same.
