Department Action

The Information Technology department is requesting Commissioner Court authorization to add CUBE licenses to the existing Cisco FLEX software agreement. The Cisco CUBE software licenses provide support to connect and interwork the county telecommunications software.

The addition to Netsync Network Solutions, Inc., a cost of $27,600, is budgeted as part of the FY24 maintenance budget.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to 2022-411, Cisco FLEX Software Agreement with Netsync Network Solutions, Inc. to add 500 licenses per the attached documentation, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. mlm
