Department Action

The Collin County Information Technology Department requests approval of a contract amendment and associated budget amendment to move the EnerGov permitting and licensing software from on-premise to SaaS (Cloud). The total upfront cost for the initiative will be $157,620, which includes $122,620 for the prorated 4/1/2024 to 9/30/2024 first year SaaS fee and $35,000 for the prorated Assist Complete services. Funds are available from TI03FIN-4405-060400011-809004 and TI03FIN-4405-060400011-809050.

Budget Amendment request is to move $123,000 from TI03FIN-4405-060400011-809901 to TI03FIN-4405-060400011-809004.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 13 to contract 2015-192 Software and Implementation Services for an ERP Financial System with Tyler Technologies, Inc. to move the EnerGov permitting and licensing software from on-premise to SaaS (cloud) and authorize Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. (ha)

Budget Adjustment in the amount of $123,000 is included to put the funds in the right expenditure account for the purchase. FY 2025 maintenance is estimated to cost $245,240 and will have to be paid from Non Departmental Maintenance. 2003 Tax Notes (Fund 4405).
