Department Action

The Collin County Information Technology Department requests approval of an Amendment to the June 19, 2019 Tyler Technologies Modria online dispute resolution agreement to terminate prior to the original contract expiration. Effective January 1, 2024, supplemental filing fees captured under Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Title 7, Chapter 152 will no longer be invoiced by Tyler for funding of the Modria system.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 3 to 2019-079, Modria Online Dispute Resolution Agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. to terminate prior to the original agreement expiration. Further authorize Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. (HA)
