Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests the court’s approval of the FY 2024 Jail Services Out of County Housing Agreement amendment for LaSalle Corrections. The amendment is effective December 17, 2023 through December 16, 2024.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 2 to Interlocal Agreement for Contract 2022-125, Jail Services, Out of County Housing with LaSalle Corrections to (1) renew for the period December 17, 2023 through and including December 16, 2024; and (2) update Section 6(A) per the attached Contract Modification Document; further, authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same.
