Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Tyler Technologies for Odyssey Case and Jail Management Maintenance due October 1, 2023. This renewal, billed separately by the vendor, is the base agreement for the core system, PCI services, Biometrics and Civil Serve. The FY24 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The cost of this part of the renewal is $483,218.89.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew software maintenance with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the period of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 for (1) contract no. 01318-09, Tyler Odyssey Criminal Justice Information System; (2) Agreement 2016-202, Biometrics, Biometrics (PCI Service); and (3) Agreement 2017-085, Civil Serve, per the attached documentation in the amount of $483,218.89 (ha).
Note: Tyler Technologies, Inc. is the sole source provider for Odyssey Software per Court Order No. 2015-714-09-28.
