Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the maintenance contract for the dormakaba time collection system. The FY24 renewal is included as part of the non-departmental maintenance budget request. The support cost is $29500.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 6 to 2016-044, Access Control and Time Collection Solution with dormakaba Workforce Solutions LLC and for Purchasing Agent to execute same. This will renew the software maintenance agreement for the period January 23, 2024 through April 23, 2025 and the extended hardware warranty for the period April 24, 2024 through April 23,2025, co-terming these renewals going forward.
