Consideration and approval for an amendment to the contract with Columbia Ultimate, Inc to upgrade RevQ Software. The RevQ database is utilized to create and manage defendant payment plans for the County Clerk's Court Collections department. Costs for the upgrade were approved during the FY 2024 budget process.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 02377-09: Agreement, Software; Fines, Fees & Court Costs Collections Only with Columbia Ultimate, Inc. to: (1) upgrade the software, update pricing; and (2) change part of the contract language and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same.
