Consideration and approval to award Contract No. 2024-142 to Granicus, LLC for microfilm creation and storage services. The contract term begins upon award and continues through 12/31/24. The County will have the right and option to renew the contract for one (1) additional one (1) year periods at same terms and conditions.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Cooperative Quote 2024-142, Microfilm Creation and Storage through OMNIA Partners cooperative contract number 01-115 (Software and SaaS Solutions Region 14 ESC-TX) to Granicus, LLC. The contract term begins upon award and continues through 12/31/24. The County will have the right and option to renew the contract for one (1) additional one (1) year periods upon the same terms and conditions. Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the quote attached. (ha)
