We respectfully request Commissioners Court approval to award UPS Preventative Maintenance to Vertiv Corporation. Contract #2024-155 effective 01/08/2025 through 01/07/2025.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award contract 2024-155, Vertiv / Liebert UPS Maintenance to Vertiv Corporation in the estimated amount of $79,905.97. Any additional testing or services that may be required in an emergency situation will be performed at the T&M rates established in Exhibit A. (ha)
Note: Vertiv Corporation is the sole source provider of OEM factory trained and certified maintenance services on all Liebert /Vertiv products in the United States, per Court Order No. 2022-1228-11-14.
