Health Care Services requests Health Care Foundation consideration and approval for the amendment to the Quest Diagnostics agreement (Agreement No. 2017-277) to increase the price per T-SPOT laboratory test, add the Quanum Portal service, and add a one label writer and authorize the Board President to execute the same.

This service will allow for the Employee Health clinic to utilize the Quanum Portal system for online management of lab test orders, lab results, and scheduling specimen collection.
