Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize a second contract amendment with Ford A/V. The amendment is necessary to return some of the equipment that is no longer needed and with that credit, we will be able to get a few things that are now needed for the courtrooms. There will not be any additional cost to the project.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of contract amendment No. 2 to the contract with Ford Audio-Video Systems, LLC for RFP 2021-158, Audio Video Upgrade for Collin County Courthouse per the attached documents. Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. ED
