PCO 73 – Owner requested credit to remove wallcovering from the lower part of the wall in three rooms. The Detention staff believed it would become a maintenance issue. ($782.30)
PCO 74 – Engineer requested change to abandon and move a floor drain that interferes with an HVAC unit. This will facilitate proper drainage. $7,332.61
PCO 75 – Owner requested change to fill in CMU wall due to change in type of communication device. A recess is not required for the new unit. $3,121.80
PCO 76 – Engineer requested change from square duct to round duct in home plate chases at cells. The RFI seems to indicate one chase but we changed multiple chases to help with maintenance access. $11,548.37
