Request Commissioner’s Court consideration and approval to the Amended and Restated Commercial Lease Agreement between the City of Frisco and Collin County for property located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Suite 2000, Frisco, TX.  Commencing on January 1, 2024 and terminating December 31, 2024. 
Base rent shall remain at $15.00 per square foot for 3,042 square feet.
Additional rent for common area maintenance will be $6.825 per square foot for approximately 4,024 square feet.  This is an increase of .325¢ per square foot. Total lease cost is $73,093.80 per annum.
 
Purchasing Department Action
Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an extension to the lease agreement between the City of Frisco and Collin County, AGR 2020-181, for property located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Suite 2000, Frisco, TX, to extend the agreement for one (1) year commencing on January 1, 2024, continuing through and including December 31, 2024, at the same terms and conditions of the Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Commercial Lease Agreement, and increase the common area maintenance (CAM) fee by .325¢ per square foot. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute the renewal letter. MD
