Department Action

The owner of parcels (Property ID 1194941 and 2855960), GRBK Edgewood LLC, which are adjacent to CR 393, has requested Commissioners Court approval to abandon a portion of CR 393. See attached Exhibit A for abandonment description. The parcel owned by Roy L McGill and Nina Ruth McGill (Property ID 2122424) is under contract for sale to GRBK Edgewood LLC and the sale is expected to be complete in the next few weeks.

ACTION
We request Commissioners Court approval of the abandonment of a portion of CR 393 (as shown in Exhibit A) contingent upon GRBK Edgewood LLC showing full ownership of the parcel identified as PID 2122424 no later than February 29, 2024.
