Request Commissioners Court consideration and approval of Change Order 2 to Sedalco Inc. for IFB 2022-299, Construction, CCADF, Phase 2 Addition, Central Utility Plant (CUP).
PCO 4 – City of McKinney required changes to the utility services for the Modular plant. These changes were required after award of the bid documents. We are working with the City to minimize changes also requested to the Fire lane at the Courthouse. $304,109.46

Total changes for this contract – $353,004.75 or 1.38% of contract

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Change Order No. 2 to Sedalco, Inc. for IFB 2022-299, Construction: Collin County Adult Detention Facility, Phase 2 Addition, CUP per the attached documents. Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the change order. (ha)
