The Medical Examiner's Office respectfully requests approval for a Personal Service Agreement for Autopsy Services with Jaso Gaines.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and approval to (1) allow an exemption from the competitive bid process per Local Government Code 262.024(a)(4); and (2) award Personal Services Agreement No. 2024-190 for Autopsy Services to Jaso Gaines for the period of February 19, 2024 through February 18, 2025. Further, authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. CC
