The Collin County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests the court’s approval of the FY 2024 Jail Services Out of County Housing Agreement for Red River County.

Request for an Interlocal Agreement for Contract 2024-194, Jail Services, Out of County Housing with Red River County from execution of the agreement through September 30, 2024. Contract rate is $50 per inmate day. Agenda 55460 is also on this same court and is requesting additional funds to get through the remainder of FY 2024, if the additional funding is approved there will be funds available for this contract.
