Request Commissioners Court consideration and approval to (1) allow an exemption from the competitive bid process per Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(4); and (2) award a Personal Services Agreement for the VALOR program for Contract No. 2024-208 to Zuzi Gomez-Chang, Mental Health Clinician, for the period February 12, 2024 through June 30, 2024. Further, authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. SAH
