Department Action

Under an ILA with Collin College, the County would like to award Capco with a project to move an existing fiber line. Located just north of the existing Courthouse employee parking lot, we need to move this line out of the way of the Modular Central Plant Fire lane. $60,779.15.
A budget amendment is requested in the amount of $150,000. for this expense and future expenses for asphalt.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award 2024-224, Phase 2 Addition, CUP Fiber Line Relocate through ILA 2016-093 Collin College Access to Fiber Optic Network to Capco Telecom, LLC. (ha)

Budget Department Action

Budgeted funds available for the award of 2024-224, Phase 2 Addition, CUP Fiber Line Relocate. Budget Adjustment included to fund $150,000 from the 2024 Reimbursement Resolution and will be moved once 2024 bond proceeds are received. Road & Bridge Fund (1010).

Auditor's Office Action
