We respectfully request Commissioners Court approve the revised budget amendment for donations received and deposited from December 1st 2023-December 29th 2023 to be transferred to our Spay/Neuter line item to fund the Spay/Neuter Program.

Funds available in the Animal Shelter Fund (5991). Budget amendment will be processed upon approval. Year to date FY 2024 donations recorded = $28,147.87 through December 31, 2023. Inception to date donations recorded = $1,244,273.19 through December 31, 2023.
