Department Action

Please approve the Service Agreement and Business Associate Agreement with Samaritan Inn, Inc. The amount of the agreement shall not exceed $13,800 for prescription assistance, sick medical visits, and outpatient medical services for the period March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025. The money awarded will only serve Collin County residents by providing nonprofit agency services. The guidelines and application for the 2024 Health Care Foundation Service Agreements with the nonprofit agencies to provide health-related services were approved by the Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees on February 5, 2024.
