Please approve the Service Agreement and Business Associate Agreement with Hope Clinic of McKinney. The amount of the agreement shall not exceed $45,000 for medical services and laboratory services for the period March 1, 2024 through February 28
, 2025. The guidelines and application for the 2024 Health Care Foundation Service Agreements with the nonprofit agencies to provide health-related services were approved by the Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees on February 5, 2024.
