PCO 2 – Engineer required installation of gate valves in order to shut off the existing water line for demolition. City was also engaged to help locate valve to avoid costs but no existing isolation valves were found. $63,690.83
PCO 3 – Engineer required installation of power and fiber per alternate 9 in the contract documents. Due to site conditions, close proximity to new foundation, safety risk and damage concern due to age of existing wires, relocation of conduit and wiring is required. $226,563.16
