Department Action

Honorable Court,

Collin County has participated in the Southeast Collin County Emergency Services Coalition since 2008. This Coalition has relied on third parties for the purposes of contracting and providing region emergency medical services. It is the desire of the coalition to terminate the current agreement with the current provider effective October 1, 2024. I respectfully request the court to consider and approve terminating county participation in this agreement.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding Contract No. 2015-128 Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Emergency Medical Services Coalition with the Southeast Collin County EMS Coalition to terminate the original agreement effective October 1, 2024. Further authorize County Judge to finalize and execute the termination agreement. cur
